Refund and Returns Policy

At Raniya, we pour heart and soul into crafting timeless pieces designed to make you feel confident, beautiful, and bold. Each item is a result of thoughtful design, careful curation, and quality workmanship. While we hope every purchase delights you, we understand that occasional concerns may arise. Here’s everything you need to know:

1. Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes the size or fit might not be perfect on the first try.

If you’d like to request an exchange, please email us at raniyacontact@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.

Once we receive the product, our Quality Check team will inspect it. If it meets our return standards, we’ll initiate the exchange.

The entire process typically takes 7–10 business days, but we’ll try our best to speed it up for you.

Exchanged items cannot be exchanged again.

Important: Items sent back without prior written confirmation from our team will not be accepted or processed.

2. Returns & Store Credit

We do not offer refunds under any circumstance. As a growing small business with limited inventory and made-in-small-batch stock, we follow a strict no-refund policy.

However:

We do allow size exchanges, subject to stock availability.

In certain approved cases (such as product defect or sizing issue), we may offer a store credit instead of an exchange.

Store credits are non-refundable and valid for lifetime use at raniyathelabel.com.

Items purchased using store credit are not eligible for future returns or exchanges.

3. Cancellation Policy

We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed, as we immediately begin prepping it for shipping.

Orders cannot be canceled by the customer.
Cancellations are only allowed under rare circumstances and solely at the discretion of the Raniya team.

If your order needs to be canceled due to unforeseen reasons (such as product unavailability or fulfillment issues), we will:

Notify you via email.

Issue you a store credit for the full amount, valid for lifetime use.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

4. Sale & Sample Sale Policy

Items purchased during a sale or promotional event may be eligible for size exchanges only if stock is available.

If a size exchange is not possible, a store credit will be issued.

Sample sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be exchanged under any circumstances. No store credit or return will be applicable unless the product is damaged upon delivery.
