1. Order Processing Time

All our products are in stock and ready to dispatch. Once your order is successfully placed, we typically take 1–2 business days to process and pack your items with care.
You will receive a confirmation once your order is processed and handed over to the courier.

2. Shipping Timeline

Domestic Shipping (India):
Delivery across India takes approximately 3–6 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier network.

International Shipping:
For orders outside India, shipping timelines may vary based on your destination country, customs processes, and the selected courier service. Typically, it can take 7–14 business days.

Real-Time Tracking:
Once your package is shipped, we’ll share a tracking link via email or SMS so you can monitor your order every step of the way.

3. Shipping Charges & Promotions

Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders, no minimum purchase required.

International Shipping:
Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Occasionally, we run promotional campaigns with discounted shipping or free international shipping offers. If eligible, the discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery.
However, we are actively working on making COD available for select locations soon. Stay tuned!

5. Couriers & Reliability
